Cancellation Policy

All hourly sessions have a 2 hour minimum, and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the room and engineer. To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled session. Should you reschedule with advanced notice, your deposit will carry over to your newly rescheduled session. Cancelled sessions with advanced notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to show up or cancel within 24 Hours of your session will result in the loss of your deposit and a "No-Show" penalty. Should you try to book again, you will be expected to cover the rest of the total cost less the deposit from your "no-show" session.
